Welcome to My Trophy Tales. By creating an account or using our website and app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use My Trophy Tales.
You retain ownership of the photos, video, and stories you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant My Trophy Tales a limited license to store, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate the service — for example, showing it to you, to anyone you share a QR code or link with, or publicly if you choose to make it public.
You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and share Your Content, and that it doesn't violate any law or infringe anyone else's rights.
You agree not to use My Trophy Tales to:
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Plus and Pro plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Storage or feature limits associated with each plan are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time, with notice provided for material changes.
Plaques, tags, and keepsake items are one-time purchases fulfilled separately from your subscription. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order. If there's an issue with your order, contact us at hello@mytrophytales.com and we'll make it right.
Partner accounts are subject to manual review and approval. Approved Partners may create Trophy Tale records on behalf of their clients, subject to the same content and privacy rules that apply to all users, and subject to the Partner-specific terms described on our Partners page (including current pricing, which may include a free introductory period as described there).
If you choose to make a Trophy Tale or your profile public, it becomes visible to anyone visiting our Discover or Explore pages, including people who don't have an account. You can change this setting back to private at any time, which will remove it from public view going forward.
You may stop using My Trophy Tales and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
My Trophy Tales is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the service reliable and your data safe, we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
